City tour begins with a visit to the Upland Park.
Upland Park is located on a hill in the western part of the city. This is the best place to see the city and the Baku Bay. Later the tour proceeds along the waterfront promenade and a visit to the Old City which is also a fortress. Tourists will see the main attractions of the Old City, including the Palace of the Shirvan Shahs Palace, Maiden Tower, Karvansaray etc.
For additional price it is possible to arrange the lunch in the national restaurant.
From 14:00 - to 18:00 We get acquainted with the Baku Boulevard and have a boat trip on the Baku Bay. This favorite vacation spot of Baku citizens and guests of the capital is also one of the attractions of the city, which in 2009 celebrated its 100 anniversary.
Our today's tour ended with a visit of the Center named after Heydar Aliyev.
Heydar Aliyev Center - a cultural center, is a complex structure that includes the Auditorium (convention center), a museum, exhibition halls, administrative offices. The project center has been designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid.

Diri Baba Mausoleum – is a mausoleum of Sheikh Diri Baba, located inMaraza city of Gobustan Rayon of Azerbaijan. The mausoleum was described in diaries of K. de Bryuin and A.Oleariy, and also in a work of B.Dorn. The mausoleum stands in a square located on a glyptic cliff. The building is two-storeyed. The first store has a hall covered with an ogive, which has a passageway to an octahedral cupola from a small vestibule. Stairs leading to the hall of the second store have been carved on the cliff. A spherical cupola with a pointed top has squinchesdecorated with plant ornaments.

Day 4: Gabala tour

Gabala is one of the most beautiful parts of Azerbaijan with a rich and ancient history. Some time in the past (for 600 years) this city (Kabala) was the capital of Caucasian Albania. Up to the present time there are the ruins of the ancient city and the main gate of Caucasian Albania. Ongoing excavations near the village Chukhur confirm that Gabala from IV – III centuries BC and up to the XVIII century was one of the major cities with developed trade and crafts. There is a great variety of historical and cultural monuments of different eras in this region: the Albanian church of IV-VIII centuries in Amili village, tombs of Sheikh Badraddin and Sheikh Mansur of XV century in Hazra village, mosque of XIX century in Bum village and others. The abundance of attractions, beautiful nature and well developed infrastructure attract thousands of tourists. Three 5 star complexes Gafgaz for accommodation of up to 1000 guests were opened near the city. There are also a small family hotels, several tourist camps and recreation areas where you can comfortably relax in the open air. Some of the local beauty: the so called Russian forest, river valleys, the famous chestnut forest, numerous picturesque villages Vyandam, Gyamarvan, Engidzha, mountainous village of Laza where since not long time ago tourists can get even riding a quad bike provided by hotel Gafgaz. Flora and fauna of the district are extraordinary rich: in the woods and mountain pastures can be found noble deer and mountain tours, wild boar, hare, bears, wolves, foxes and numerous birds – pheasant, grouse, francolin, etc. The abundance of game in the season attracts many hunters.In Gabala at the area of 16 hectares is located the largest amusement park under the open sky in Azerbaijan – Gabaland. The trip continues with the driving to Gabala where guests will visit Chuhur Gabala (the ruins of the ancient Caucasian Albania’s capital Kabala).
Visiting Nij village. This village is famous with its ancient religious buildings and their citizens. It is the only place in the world where Udins ethnicity lives – very ancient Caucasian ethnos that has its own authentic culture and traditions.

Day 5: Transfer to Georgia
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Lagodekhi
Meeting at Lagodekhi border- between Georgia and Azerbaijan. First you will start your excursion from Kakheti region - the east part of the country. Drive to visit Bodbe monastery of St. Nino. According to Georgian tradition, St. Nino, having witnessed the conversion of Georgians to the Christian faith. Finally drive to Sighanghi, “city of love”. Excursion in this beautiful city, visit city fortress walls overlooking Alazany valley with stunning views. Visit 300 years old Wine wine-cellar and by additional price you can have degustation of Qvevri wine made according to ancient traditional methods. Drive to the capital - Tbilisi. Day 6: Tbilisi city tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, walking tour in old district of the city. Founded by Vakhtang Gorgasali, the
Georgian King of Kartli (Iberia) and made into a capital in the 6th century, Tbilisi is a significant industrial, social, and cultural center. Tour includes following sightseeing: Metekhi Church, erected on the cliff, overlooking the Mtkvari River; the famous Sulfur Baths, also located in Old Tbilisi, on the other side of the river. In the same district, we lift up by cableway on Narikala Fortress. Called the mother fortress of Tbilisi, Narikala is an ancient symbol of city’s defence. It was established in the 4th century, around the period when the city itself was founded. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit Meidani square and walk on Shardeni Street with its fashionable, cozy cafes and art galleries, passing along the Sioni Cathedral and Anchiskhati Basilica. Afterwards visit the national museum and explore the wonderful golden treasure of Georgia. The tour takes you to Rustaveli Avenue, where attractions such as the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet theatre, Rustaveli Theatre, different art galleries and cafes will draw your attention and provide a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
